Amira Pinsker, M Ac R Ac - Acupuncture, Personal Training and Zero Balancing
Zero Balancing uses gentle touch and stretches to deal with sports injuries, stress, and chronic painWhat is Zero Balancing?
Zero Balancing (ZB) is a form of hands-on body work that releases stress and tension, and allows the body to move more freely. As restrictions to movement are removed, you will feel more at ease in your body, and experience less pain.

Zero Balancing improves feelings of health and well-being,  increases energy, reduces discomfort, aches and pains, improves balance, stability and mobility, heightens feelings of connection, peace and happiness, and releases  mental and emotional tension.

Many chronic and acute pain issues can be addressed with Zero Balancing, including lower back pain, headaches, joint pain, Temporomandibular Joint dysfunction (TMJ), and migraines.

Developed by Dr. Fritz Smith, an osteopath and acupuncturist, ZB works on the bone level, realigning structure and energy through touch. Its effects are felt throughout the body.
What Can I Expect?
Zero Balancing is performed fully clothed. A typical session lasts about 45 minutes. We will discuss your emotional and physical goals before each session. During the session, it is common to experience feelings of relaxation, and being "out-of-body".
